And, I also want to point out that my hygienist (Shannon Monson) is amazing. I have super sensitive teeth and she makes extra efforts to be as gentle as possible."

"My wife and I started going to see Dr Rasch at Village Dental about 1 year ago and were very happy with his work to date. My wife got a broken Molar the day before we left on a 10 day vacation so she didn’t have time to go get it fixed and it wasn’t hurting at that time so she figured she would just wait until we got back to go see Dr Rasch. As time went by each day it started hurting her more and more. By the time we got home a couple days ago it was throbbing so bad she couldn’t sleep at night. She called Village Dental and the receptionist Paula said if she waits until tomorrow they could see her but not fix it, but if she comes in about 2 hours Dr Rasch can fix it so she hurried and got dressed and took the bus up their because I was at work and she doesn’t drive. Dr Rasch determined and told her it wasn’t too bad and he could fix it but that she needed more work done on some other teeth so he gave her a pain prescription and sent her home without fixing the tooth. I couldn’t believe my ears. I called the next day and spoke with Paula and she said the dentist ran out of time and couldn’t fix it so she told my wife to come back in 2 weeks to get her broken molar fixed, meanwhile my wife goes back home on the bus in excruciating pain in her tooth. I asked Paula if they could squeeze her in the next day to fix the tooth and make it right, and she said he’s all booked up and just doesn’t have the time so I advised Paula I was going to leave a bad review and here it is. Village Dental would rather have a bad review than make things right and correct their mistake. It’s really too bad they feel that way and treat their good loyal customers like that. Being in the customer service industry myself I just really don’t like seeing bad customer service and that’s exactly what we got from Village Dental. Therefore I cannot recommend that you go to Village Dental in fear that something like this will happen to you. There are many good dentists out there. Go to one who will truly care about your teeth and health! My wife has an appointment with a good nearby dentist to get her tooth fixed tomorrow."
