"Frustrated!!! Went in on Thursday to get my permanent crown placed. Crown didn’t fit correctly which was fine. They had to cement temp crown back on. Well the next day the temp crown fell off. I called the office to let them know. I was told by the receptionist she would ask the dentist what I should do and call me back. I never heard anything back. It’s really frustrating when you pay a lot of money for services and get bad service in return. Not sure if I will return for the rest of my work."
"They are always so so nice here. I went in after years of not properly caring for my teeth and there was zero shame, everyone was very sweet and understanding and professional. Finally was able to get my wisdom teeth out, and they helped me figure out what worked best for me. I elected not to be sedated and they did everything they could to make me comfortable and pain free. (If you can afford sedation for impacted wisdom teeth, definitely do that, but they will make you as comfortable as possible if you choose not to). Very happy with my experience here 10/10"

The dentist was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me, addressing any concerns I had. The dental hygienist was gentle and thorough during my cleaning.
