"Awful billing experience and a very painful filling. Dr Rich was nice but he preferred cold and a laser instead of numbing and it didn't work. They also told me how much it'd cost and said I could pay my whole bill but then proceeded to bill me more the next month. They wouldn't even apologize for billing me twice as much as they said it would cost. Overall it was an awful experience that I wish i wouldn't have had"
"I’ve been coming to Dr Rich pretty much my whole life. His staff has always been amazing, so friendly and pretty much family. Glenda is incredible and the best in the business at her job. However, ever since Miriam retired, the office not the same. Billing is always wrong/incorrect, the new lady at the front desk is not personable, friendly or welcoming, and we just found out Dr Rich is not on our dental insurance anymore (I’ve checked 3 times with our insurance and they’ve said he’s not) but the front desk lady insists they are… not impressed at all and so sad that Miriam is gone and the place isn’t the same. We’re HEARTBROKEN!"

"Quickly became my favorite dentist I've had since I was a kid. Always have been able to see me very quickly (although I have had dental emergencies mostly) and been very upfront about cost and working both with and without insurance. Dr. Rich is very good at making difficult procedures and turning them into a much more tolerable process. Uses new technologies and obviously keeps himself and his staff trained in the newest ways of conducting dental work. Thanks Dr rich and see you soon!"
