"I have been coming to this dental office for 15 years. Original owner Dr. Walker was fantastic, but retired awhile ago. Dr. Alcorn has taken his place and our family likewise find his services fantastic. My children have come here for their whole lives 13, 10, 7, 4. Instead of dreading, they look forward to going to the dentist. They started having my kids just sit in the chair and showed them the tools when they were very small, like 2 and then the next time they would do a little more until they were comfortable to sit in the chair and have full cleanings. We always book my kids cleanings in 2 rooms at the same time so I can just pop between rooms. My 4 year old will go alone with the hygienist they are so friendly. Dr. Alcorn can do small cavities on kids without sedation or shots which is a huge perk and a reason I think they are not scared of the dentist."

"I was charged for services they couldn’t explain, i have asked for multiple call backs to explain and try to solve the bill, after months of calling and waiting they still have not returned any calls, they are always closed or the owner is always on vacation or out of the office. Very shady practices, and they add unknown and undiscussed charges to the bill to avoid having insurance coverage. Do not use this dentist unless you want to be jerked around and overcharged."

"Overcharged me & said they didn't have on file my copay even though I had a receipt, so the lady got condescending when I presented my documents that I'dalready paid. Tried to bill me for two appointments when I was only seen once, and it'll stay that way as I'll be going elsewhere. Shortstaffed. Unhygienic. The nurse dropped things on the ground and refused to change gloves before putting her hands back into my mouth. Unclean. Can tell the building doesn't have someone tending to it, not cleaned in months. 0 stars from me, not the standard of dentist you're used to, trust me, find another!"
