"My car was parked there overnight broken down. It was out of the way of any customer parking and also out of the way for the gasman, as well as the trash service. The staff from all shifts knew about it on each shift because I made sure to let them know and they said it was fine. I broke down there thursday morning, Friday afternoon I returned to get my car and the manager had it towed. The employees told me there was a 3 day policy. It had been less than 48 hours. Now it's $200 for the tow fee. Who's paying that? The employees that said it was fine or the manager who didn't follow policy"

"I've been going to get my morning coffee here for years (since its the closest to me). Now under new management I will be going elsewhere. Everyday since new management took over they're constantly out of something (coffee, creamer, sugar, or the coffee isn't made, or it's cold), and the cashier is waaaay too slow."
