"I got my wisdom teeth out by Wisdom teeth guys on Thursday 3/14/23. It was an extremely unsatisfactory experience. 1. Trying to get scheduled was a bit of a pain. I’m not sure if there’s a base office else where that handles all scheduling, but that’s what it seemed like when trying to schedule. 2. Upon getting to my appointment after filling out all the “paperwork “ before hand it was as if it was all for nothing because they had asked me all the same questions. 3. I had told them I was breastfeeding and asked if the sedation/medication afterwards was safe and was assured the medication for my aftercare was safe and approved. Upon leaving and getting said medication prescribed it was not. 4. They did not numb me so the minute I came to I was in extreme pain & no one asked how I was feeling. It was “get up when you can and let’s go.” 5. They didn’t put in my prescriptions till after I had left, so upon leaving and being in extreme pain I had to wait 3 hours for anything other than Tylenol because they didn’t put the prescription in. Very transactional, very impersonal. Would recommend doing more research before deciding fully to go with this company. I wish I did."
