"I used to take my daughter here almost 10 years ago, it was a good place to go.. so fast forward to now I referred my husband to go there for help with a root canal. The dentist hygienist took about 40 X-rays and when the actual dentist came in the check she didn’t even take the right X-ray of the correct tooth.. first time for my husband going she didn’t even introduce herself and just said your mouth is bad and we need to extract your teeth.. when 2 other dentist have said his teeth are not that bad that he needs a few root canals.. I’m not sure what happened to this dentist and the office but it’s like going overseas to a garage dentist.. I would NEVER recommend this place again to anyone not even my worst enemy!! The front desk girl is a joke as well!!"

"I think anyone that gave this place a negative review were either in a parallel dimension or relatives of a certain person who used to work here. I have in the past had a sadistical dentist to which I suffered ptsd and that led to a detal phobia, as a result I now need to buy new teeth! Everyone in this office is absolutely wonderful, charming, accommidating, pleasant, tres gentil, and all the other adjectives that express how nice EVERYONE is there including Ms. Rasmussen. My phobia disappeared! Everyone made me feel comfortable and were sympathetic towards my situation. So , don't form your opinion on those negative reviews cause these women in this office are among some of the most wonderful people I have had the pleasure of meeting.."

"Dentist recommended my teeth be removed and dentures made. She is a poor communicator with Oral Surgeon and with me. She didn't make mold of my teeth before they were pulled. She had to redo my molds 3 times before she got a good one. The dentures were poorly made. She stopped trying to fit them after one try. She said I needed implants. She was unsympathetic that I could not afford them. I found a new dentist right away. He was more kind. He fixed my dentures in one fix. I cried the first fit of dentures. Hope for the first time in 8 months. Dentist never offered a trial pair of dentures while waiting for my own. She didn't know other dentists do. She made me wait weeks between taking a mold and getting one that works. Her work was pöor, she had rude attitude and she doesn't think of her patients."

"Every review is result of the crook office manager Nikki she needs to be investigated for credit card fraud and insurance fraud. Dr. Rasmussen was my dentist for years with no problems until she took over. Insurance charges that weren't possible.. Fake claims don't get paid so the crook charged me and threatened collections if I didn't pay. I paid in full and never ever went back.. That was 6 years ago... I'm very very sure this Nikki has been stealing for a lot longer and has taken WAAAAAY for than $100 thousand... She has definitely cost Dr. Rasmussen and South Ogden Dental way more than $100 thousand as well.. She needs to go to prison for a very very long time...."

"Worst dentist ever!!! I went to my scheduled appointment which the date and time was printed on a receipt that they had given me and the doors were locked and lights off upon arrival of this appointment. I was very frustrated because I had to get a babysitter and everything to be there. I left a very long voicemail asking what was going on and expected a call back the next business day which was the following Monday. I didn't receive any calls at all, nothing. So I thought I'll wait until the next day where I gave up and just tried calling where I was put to their voicemail and at this point I'm extremely confused and angry. I then left a very long voicemail again, I still got nothing and a week or two even went by. By that point I'm already looking for a new dentist. Then my mom tried calling because she couldn't believe it either and they finally answered her call and my mom asked if they went out of business (because of what they did to me) The receptionist said "who is this?" rudely and then after my mom explained everything they did to me the receptionist had no explanation for anything at all and never once apologized for anything and then said they do not even accept patients without insurance in the near future anyways. I have now found a new dentist and I do not recommend them to anyone."
