"I went in to get one painful tooth fixed, but instead they removed an old filling and put a crown on a different tooth that wasn't causing me any pain; and the crown wasn't well done, so I then had more pain than when I went in! And they charged me twice as much as where I got the painful tooth fixed later. --- Gunnerson is overpriced, and defective."

"They were so good with my daughter! We recently switched from a pediatric dentist so I was nervous it wasn't going to go well. The hygienist was so kind and understanding and the doctor was hilarious. They were really open with showing me all the images and explaining everything so I didn't have to worry about them making things up. If you have kids I highly recommend coming here!"

"My wife had a tooth "fixed" there. They made the tooth too big so she couldn't bite correctly. After a couple days she was in intense pain from her jaw not lining up. She went back to them and they charged her for an emergency visit when they were the ones that caused the problem! They gave her steroids instead of fixing the real problem and told her she needed to "trust the process". I paid them in full but didn't know they were charging me to fix their bad work. Then they fast track their extra bill to a lawyer so it cost me way more. We ended up going to a different dentist and he spotted the problem right away and ground down the tooth. It is now fixed. I would rather work on my own teeth than go to Gunnerson. There's plenty of better dentists around that do better work and don't overcharge. One star is far too high for them."
