"Went to Dr. Mosser for a second opinion with a 3D xray of my whole mouth. He took his own regular xrays and told me on one of the teeth that I need pulled he would have to go in and take the cap off and take a look but that he would look at the 3D images and let me know what he thinks. He never got back to me and when I called back a week later I was told that he would call that day, he never did. So I stuck with what the original specialist told me and had them pulled, the oral surgeon said they needed to come out."

"My daughter's appointment was canceled by them the day before because she did not respond to their 3:00pm text by 6:00 pm. Apparently they don't realize some people work graveyard shift and are sleeping during that time. Also she called 2 days prior to confirm the date and time. Not everyone is irresponsible and no shows but they think it's ok to do this to someone who doesn't drive and depends on others for transportation."

"MY REVIEW IS BEING DELETED OR REMOVED PLEASE BE ADVISED!! If I could give no stars I would!! This is has been such a horrible experience!!! I was recommended to go see doctor Moser by my dentist , so I recommended my husband to go here as well. We were thinking it was going to be a good experience for him, for us, we were WRONG!! He had his consultation and it took them months and months before they could get him back for an extraction. He has had terrible tooth pain he had been dealing with for months on end and his appointment couldn’t come soon enough. The office had my number and they kept calling me about his appointments, because I forgot to remind him , with our busy schedule, he ended up missing the first appointment. (Which was not even for the painful tooth) They called me to see if he was going to make it in , I apologized and stated he wouldn’t be able to make it. I did ask that they add his phone number so that he could get the reminders. They added it and we talked about his second appointment and confirmed it but NOTHING about a “no show” fee. So then comes his second appointment, they call him the night before with a reminder, did not mention a single word that he owed no show fee, plus the consultation fee, AND PLUS the extraction fee. He was not prepared for these amounts at all! So he goes in for his appointment, totally thrown off over these numbers, talks to Dr.Moser, and Dr. Moser advised him to get his finances in order and then go back… Which he would of been financially prepared if he would of known about all these fees!! He was never told in advance of a no show fee, consultation fee, and over $670 for the service. Please do your research before going into Dr. Moser’s office. I have NEVER received such horrible miscommunication regarding payments and fees until today. I’m my whole 20 years of visiting dental offices, USUALLY THEY ALWAYS PREPARE YOU FOR THE AMOUNTS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT NOT THE DAY OF !! and to top it off surprise you with more fees from previous appointments. So in all of this, he missed 5 hours of work for no reason, and still has a hurt tooth. (Update we found another dentist and turns out the insurance covered WAY MORE than what we were told by Moser’s office) if we would of paid for his office to do the treatment it would of been a good $1000.00 out the door."

"Dr. Moser was a great help. He was very concerned for me and was very thankful. For sure a great help referred by my favorite dentist, Bronson Dentals. Loved my experience and I'm very grateful especially because I feel better after an affection that caused me to get 0 sleep. Thanks again! :)"

"Dr Moser has worked on two root canal complications left from a previous dentist. He has done quality work, and is so patient and careful when explaining options. His office is always sparkling clean and every assistant and office manager I've interacted with is professional, kind, and they go out if their way to make sure you are taken care of. Although you don't usually wish for a trip to the endodontist, I'm happy to know such a great one. I'll be back if I need to be!"
