"I have been coming here for at least 8 years. The dentists and assistants are great! But the reception staff must have changed the last few years. They continuously make mistakes and have an attitude about it. On multiple occasions they have scheduled me and my boyfriend at the wrong location or doctor and told us they can’t guarantee we see the doctor we ask for or be seen at the location we ask for after they confirm our appointments are with who we requested and where we requested. Like what??? So you expect clients to know that despite you confirming their requested location and staff that you’re going to switch them, not tell us and then be surprised when we show up at the wrong place? I’m struggling to see how that’s our fault. Weeks ago I requested my records be sent to my new dentist and they refused to call them to get their email. I work in an industry where I have to send medical records for clients and have to do more than the bare minimum to ensure they are sent. But here I am at my appointment and they don’t have my records. When the new place called them, they blamed it on me. Despite confirming that they would call them we spoke in the phone Wednesday. Highly recommend looking in to your reception staff if you don’t want to lose patients."
