"My son was seen with no work performed. Was told that they would call me when the insurance goes through. Waited weeks and nothing. So I called and they said well I'm sure you will get a letter stating if the work is covered or not. Well I have never received a letter nor have I heard from the dentist office. Very unprofessional and that's not including what I dealt with when we checked in for the appointment. And please don't respond back to this and say the same thing you guys keep saying to everyone else's complaints. How about you get different staff or train better or just learn to do the job. The only one who seems to know is the dentist guy and maybe one girl that helped him but even then there was an issue."

"It was a disaster, very unorganized, to many workers, they did not want to work. I scheduled for a tooth extraction, told them on the phone, I got down there, and the dental surgeon only comes in once a month, the office staff did act professional whatsoever! Would not recommend for dog!!@@@"

"Bait and switch. Not honest. Three different schedulers called me, not one told me I couldn't get my teeth cleaned after the exam. I had to take time off work and get my child out of school for a Friday afternoon appointment. They set my daughter in the chair and cleaned her teeth for about 5 minutes. Then they put me in the chair, insisted that I take around 8 to 10 x-rays. The dentist came and said my teeth look great. THEN THE HYGIENIST AND DENTIST TOLD ME TO MAKE A NEW APPOINTMENT FOR MY CLEANING! I asked them to do it right now, and the hygienist said she cannot clean my teeth on the same day as my exam. Then she said they only have one person who is allowed to clean teeth, and he never works on Fridays. I left dissatisfied and never returned again. I did not get my teeth cleaned at all, and I was charged for the exam."

"Doctor was fine. Giving 0 stars for the rude customer service. I called on Tuesday for my jaw pain after the doctor visit (after a week). The lady asked me to call back on Thursday since the doctor I saw was not available. Called on Thursday and the lady whoever was on phone was rude and mean. Didn’t want to help at all. I wanted medicine or specialist referral. She constantly asked me to make appointment for other day which was not needed in my case. Just want to rip off people. What a garbage !!!"

"THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR! I don't know how can anyone gove any star to this office. I'm going to thos office in Bountiful since the first week of August. I needed 3 crowns only one of them they did well on the first time. One of the 3 they had to redo it 3 times and it still wrong. They charged me $2,365.00 upfront for a dental bridge 4 months ago and never did the job. I have being asking for a refund and I finally got a check 12/6/23 I deposited and they stopped payment on the check. I am out of my money and they cannot finish the job. .Many times I went to the office during business ours and they are closed. No wonder they have a -C on the Better Busines Bureau"
