"The dental hygienist was great, the doctor was great. But when it came time to billing, I almost felt like I was at a used car dealership. They wanted me to pay my whole treatment upfront. I’m used to paying for something when I receive it, isn’t that the way it supposed to be. And then they told me if I wanted to make sure that my future appointment was secure that I should pay for that now. So I told him that I would pay after I received my treatment and if that meant that I lost my appointment that was OK. Did not make me feel very good at all made me wanna leave but already had my x-rays, just really don’t like to do business when they have such an aggressive approach, and it was my first time, so I truly don’t know what level of service they provide."

Haley was very aware of how I was feeling and was very delicate doing her job. Dr. Keefer was very friendly and knowledgeable in what he was doing he was very upfront with his thoughts and I liked that. I'm definitely going to continue going to him."

They are so bubbly and sweet! 10/10 hands down the best office around!"
