"Dr. Davila is amazing. He handled my husbands full on panic attack with compassion and understanding. He stopped what he was doing to talk my husband through getting his breathing back under control. Once he started back on the tooth, he would keep asking if he was okay. And speaking encouraging and comforting words through the rest of the procedure. Also the rest of the staff were amazing too. Thank you all so very much. Definitely one of the best dental offices out there."

"I was so scared of dentist. I’ve had bad experiences with other dentist before but I needed a tooth pulled so bad it was hurting so I went and seen John Davila and I’ll tell you what he is the best. I didn’t hardly feel the needle to get my gums numb and when he took my tooth out I never felt it and even after the numbness wore off I still didn’t feel nothing. He is the best dentist I ever had. My first visit with him I actually went in there shaking and teary eye that he even took the time out to calm me down first, before he began doing anything. Now I have to go back to see him again cause I have another tooth that needs to be taking out and I’m kind of looking forward to let him do it. I trust him completely. Thanks for being there for me doc."

"I wish I had called these guys sooner, but I didn't think I could afford them as I'm uninsured and had an unexpected vet bill this same week. I must have called over 20 other places and Santiago has the best customer service etiquette by faaaarrrrrrrrrr!!!!!! TKO! I was literally on the phone with Monarch Dental fighting back tears because their receptionist was so nasty and argumentative, I'm so glad I took Santiago's call! When they heard my issue they were able to see me the very next morning! I've been having a problem with affordability vs. waiting until July or August. Plus I also ended up saving over $100 on Monarchs lowest estimate. Suffice it to say, I ended up getting way better service than I thought I could afford. Did I mention I hate dentists? Not much scares me, but one whir of that drill and f'get'a'bout'it. Well, not any more! Dr. John and Dr. Felipe were so great! What I was expecting to take hours was done in maybe 30-40 minutes, and there was pressure but NO PAIN. Even the numbing shots didn't hurt as much as any other dentist I've gone to, and I only needed 2! This was less traumatic than a filling??? How can this be?????? They were very thorough about setting expectations with me both before and after regarding what my issues were, the possible complications, what to expect for pain and discomfort and how to manage it, etc. They also made me feel very comfortable in knowing that just because I paid my bill doesn't mean they don't care anymore , and I can contact them if I have any questions or unmanageable pain. I can't say enough good things about these guys. Wish I could crank those stars up to 11, they deserve it!"
