"The worst service ever. Avoid Russell Endodontics at all costs. High turn over within the staff. I recently moved into the state, and this office was 'recommended'. Condescending staff and provider. I showed up for my surgical appointment - and the office had cancelled it 'for me'. No service at all. Would give zero stars if Google would allow it."

"Dr Russell is very good at what he does. My root canal experience was far better than the horror stories I've heard. Very little pain/discomfort. Details of the procedure were explained well. The office followed up with me to make sure all was well. Costs were discussed prior to any procedures. A few of the staff could be a bit more friendly/compassionate, especially when it is a first root canal and the patient has anxiety."
