She loves that he gives her a little mirror to watch what they are doing, and they explain in a way she can understand, and it puts her at ease. I have been going to Dr. Bateman for years and I have never had any complaints. His office is always prompt to respond, and they are through and upfront about everything. My husband has had a few dental emergencies and Dr. Bateman and his office staff are always accommodating. Sheila always has balloons on hand and can make almost any balloon animal the kids can think of. My daughter actually looks forward to coming to the dentist!"

"I called and asked if they accepted my insurance. Lady said yes and even told me I only have a small co pay. After work had been done I found out the do NOT and are not a provider for my insurance. Never again!!"
