"The employees here are amazing and kind. If they have certain policies, it is because of the side of homelessness and other living situations of customers. I praise the employees and owners who stay here."
"They do not allow use of their microwave to heat any food not purchased there. I was told this as soon as I stepped in. (the clerk was not rude, merely stating the policy as I'm sure she is required). I can understand the policy, but as a result, I will choose not to purchase anything here, ever. Instead, I'll drive to the nearest QT, heat my food and buy the energy drinks I would have bought here otherwise. I'm an HVAC technician, clean cut, and was in uniform. Had just finished a call across the street. I understand the area necessitates such policies, but perhaps more attention could be given to individuals who don't look like they are your average layabout."
"People who work here are amazing! My husband was the only one going for a while when we moved here, so they haven't seen me much. Well, when I finally got out and went in, Angie was like how many today, knowing who I was and what I was there for. Also, dude that works nights is cool and nice too."
"I come in frequently and spend a good bit of money in the store. Tonight I decided, for the first time, to order a pizza for dinner as it was late, I live closeby, and I didnt want to take the time to drive all the way into town. I called and when I asked to place an order I was told that phone orders are not accepted and that I would have to come in to place the order and wait. I found this to be odd as I have, on multiple occasions, watched and listened to workers taking phone orders while I've been standing in line to make a purchase. Not only is not taking phone orders a bad business model as it defeats the incentive for customers to buy from here as opposed to driving into town but also because I really do not appreciate being lied to about this policy when I know it to be untrue. So now I definitely will not ever purchase a pizza from here and I will be asking the convenience store closer to my home if they will begin stocking the other product which I purchase several times per week so that I can take my business elsewhere."
