"I once came to this place and spent several hundreds of dollars maybe even thousands at this convenient store on a weekly basis sometimes I would even frequent back and forth on a daily basis. However, today that has changed and I am finally had enough of this store and location. I have purchased several hundreds and thousands of dollars worth of lottery tickets at this place, but not anymore! Oh hell no not ever. How can you expect to do good business if you are not on top of your business or even know about how to run your business or employees? This people argue and curse with each other behind the counters and I have gone home several times wondering why my clothes smell like cigarette smoke and I don't know where it's coming from, but it is in my clothes whenever I get home and nobody at my household smokes cigarettes. This is a very unprofessional ran place and it is only a matter of time before OnCue runs these people out of business, which is really sad because as a kid I always enjoyed going to 7-11. Safe yourself the headache and go down the street to the other 7-11 or skip them both all around and just go to OnCue instead. Goodbye 7-11 and that poor pathetic service/business."

"I come almost everyday after work to grab a drink. The staff at this location is always terrible... Wish they could hire someone that enjoys their job hate that this is the closest one to my house..."

"Stopped in for drinks before work, no one else in the store, so they weren't busy, the cashier came up pushing mop looked irritated he had to stop to cash us out, I tried to be nice, interact with him like a normal human, but he said NOTHING, i asked for a bag, again got the look of annoyance from him! We got 6 drinks, 4 of them glass bottles, im sorry I dont want to drop them! I'm sorry if D'Angelo can't handle working this job, he dont need to be in customer service. I won't be stopping here again!!!!"

"First let me state that I've been going here since it re-opened, and it used to be my number one place to stop till recently. Couple things that have forced me to take my buisness elsewhere permanently. Infighting and rudeness of employees. Food quality has plummeted. Credit card machines are CONSTANTLY broken, to the point that double charges and errors are almost every single time I've gone in the door. Absolutely no help when solving issues, no patience. Last straw was a transaction that was approved on my end through my bank and was pending, but "didn't go through" on their end. I showed reciept, they didn't let me leave with drink or pump gas I paid for, and I had to call corporate to get the matter resolved. I'd rather buy a bicycle than buy gas from this broken store."

"First off, place is always dirty with sticky floors. Restrooms never clean. Staff, mainly managers are rude when I ask them for anything like they don't have the time. Coffee beans and creamers always empty. I wanted this location to be my go-to so bad being that it's right by my office. Do yourself a favor and keep driving a few hundred feet to the east on memorial and go to Oncue"
