OnCue #112

"We have always been treated very well by Oncue employees but we had a much different experience with one of the car wash employees today. My husband held the receipt with the car wash code out the window so the attendant could read it. The attendant got very aggressive and told my husband not to put the receipt in his face next time. My husband remarked I was letting you read it and the attendant, in a very angry and disrespectful voice, said “ you got something you wanna say to me” and kept talking and walking after us as we drove into the car wash. There was no reason for him to be aggressive and disrespectful. We certainly felt unsafe. We won’t be purchasing a car wash at that Oncue location again."

"I visited the OnCue at Western and Memorial on 10/13 at 4:30 a.m. I went to the restroom and went into the handicapped stall because I need to use the railings due to a hip problem. When I finished, I only then realized that there was ABSOLUTELY NO TOILET PAPER!!! I usually choose OnCue for their clean and well-stocked restrooms, but this was a complete disappointment. There were two male employees just standing around chatting, but they could have been checking the bathrooms. What a disappointment."

"Great location right off the turnpike and easy access from Memorial Road and Western. The place is well lit at night. This is a gas station I feel safe at at night. Prices are consistently good or on the low end. Great variety of drinks and snacks, large beer walk in cooler if that’s your thing. Clean bathrooms. They have propane and ice. There is air for tires at the south end."

"I have traveled the OKC metro a lot for work and have visited many OnCue locations. I've recently started going to your location at Western and Memorial, and let me just say that this place is top-notch! I've been a few times before and wasn't impressed, but this location has really turned around. I stopped by to fill up and grab a hot dog. I was so glad to see a clean and full toppings area because (I've seen some that were horrible), but this was not that, so I HAD to post my experience!! Thank you!!"
