"Wow! Great place. Interesting architecture including a giant glass tee pee that looks great inside and out. Tons of snacks, more substantial sandwiches and pizza if you want. Clean bathrooms. Good good prices. When I was there it was very busy but staff really hustled and got everyone in their way. I really liked this so over... The best in my 3 days on the road."
"I drove room Texas headed to lay one of my best friends to rest in Canton, Oklahoma. The gentleman at the register was not friendly by any means. Caught inside the store during a rain I decided to look around while I waited on the rain to let up. I understand bad nights and people who want to steal. I picked up 3 stickers off the post card rack and took them back and hung them in the proper spot as I would any where or time else. I asked the gentle man if they accepted EBT so I could purchase a drink and a few snack items. He replied no. I asked if he knew if the store across the interstate accepted and he didn't know. Then asked what I did with the stickers I had in my hand. I had one that I was gunna purchase in my hand and told him I put the others in the proper spot. He then mumbled under his breath. I felt stereo typed, discriminated against and judged. Well I told him I was not a their. And I put that item back and went to my car while I waited on the storm to lighten up and I could leave. 1st your at work. Holding a bar stool down with your rear-end is not your job. 2nd do you like for someone to yreat you like that. Cause I didn't see you treat any other customer in that manner. Why did you treat me that way. I was very respectable. I saw your buddy out front grabbing his junk while chewing air biscuits and you carried on a conversation with him. I wouldn't recommend the store if the customer service sucks more then my vaccum. 3rd someone should really work with the employees at this establishment. Their people skills are awful. If you don't like your job change it. You don't have to be tacky to others. God Bless"
"When you work in customer service, front facing at that, you want to treat customers with respect. As I walk to the counter, you huffed you had to get up to check me out, you didn't allow me to even input my rewards information and proceed to say " I'll have to do it again." With attitude and the body language of rolling your eyes. Then proceeded to knock over the scanner into my payment area towards me? That isn't how you act in a public place of employment serving customers. I spend tons of money here and will now be going down the street. Training Reagan (person on my receipt I asked for her name and she told me I didn't need to know. ) for customer experiences is what needs to have."
"Store closes at midnight so if you are staying in a big rig you have to go in the service garage which India's own and the food they were cooking stunk really bad. If my knees worked I would have used the parking lot to go to the bathroom. No joke"
