"Their gas pumps are always not working correctly! Many times, it rejects my cc & I either have to move to another pump or go inside & prepay. Getting gas shouldn't shouldn't be thar difficult, I try to remember to stop at another 7 11, even though this one on SW parkway is closest to my house."

"Just gassed up my 2020 Denali with less than 15k miles. Within 2 miles the idle got rough and all lights came on. Auto zone just confirmed probably bad gas. Called to warn the store and immediate response was “prove it “ versus asking for details and pump locations (it was pump 4 today by the way) so no concern for me or others. I then asked for managers contact and he referred me to a tow company instead. Beware!! Terrible customer service and gas!!"

"The manager at this facility lacks managerial skills when it comes to communicating with others. My son and his girlfriend were in a car accident at the corner of Fairway and SWPKY. My husband and I and the other mother pulled in the parking lot at the curb next to the grass area to speak to our children and officers on site. After we did what we needed to, we were proceeding to leave the area but the manager comes outside and tells us in a very hateful way that we needed to leave. Well of course, we went back at her verbally. She threatened to get the officer we just spoke with because we were yelling back at her. Seriously? What outcome did she think she would receive speaking to us in that way after our children were just in an accident? I told her if she is a manager then she should have better leadership skills than to speak to people that way. We would not have had an issue leaving right away, if she asked in a respectful manner."

"I’ve never had a good customer experience at this place. Today, I bought something for the purpose of getting cash back and their register wouldn’t let me get cash back. So I got cash out of the ATM and asked if they could make change (2 tens for a twenty). They told me I would need to buy something else to do that because they were short on change. Let’s think this through: if I buy something at this point, it’s going to be the cheapest thing I can find (29 cents). You’d rather give me 1 ten, 1 five, 4 ones and 71 cents than give me 2 tens? How does that even make sense if your goal is to save your change? Two stars (one for just having their slurpee machines working most of the time, which seems to be an impossible feat for other stores)."

"7-eleven on the corner of Southwest Parkway and Fairway is the best 7-eleven, I have ever been to. Manager Josh, workers Matt& night Charlett. Make this store a better place to get coffee, or anything that 7-eleven sales. Each one of these employees greet you with a smile. And how you doing or good morning."
