Purchased a vape cartridge Freedom XXL 2 days ago trying to get my significant other to switch to vape and the little guy quickly sold me this garbage that worked for 3 days 15 total puffs. I bring it back and his response is " i don't know !¿ " if it stop working same day he would exchange but not now? Not one time look me in the eye and tell me no ... head down as he should...with shame ... as he should not getting mine or my wife's business. Maybe location will survive? customer service is garbage , or I shall say the little guy is not worried about customers satisfaction ."
