"I have bought bulk meat here for a few years now. Purchased a 1/4 which included steaks ground beef roasts. Have been very pleased in the past with the quality of beef each and every time. However this time “All” of my steaks were actually half fat and half beef and in some (as in the pics) 3/4 of the steak was fat. My T-Bones didn’t have beef on both sides of the bone. I know with the amount of money I paid for this I should have looked at my purchase before leaving however have never had an issue in the past. I will continue to purchase my beef here but will be more attentive to my package."

"Took my deer for processing here my entire life. Just gut and dump, $100 each, doesn't matter if it's 20 or 200lbs all the same price. That's burger, steak, and jerky. Think summer sausage is extra though. They do elk too, can't say on prices from personal experience but others say the best in the Wichita Mt. area."
