"I'd had a pretty bad day only to have my car's battery go out on me after pumping gas. Then my debit card wouldn't work when I tried to buy jumper cables (which I know I should own anyways but here we are) and the app I use with it just kept spinning. The ladies who worked this evening came out and jumped me and were so nice it helped me calm down and I was able to get home. It's one of the things I love about living here! Way to represent the Panhandle!"
"Morning employee acting like the cigarettes on shelf arent there and makes you wait forever to get your items . Complains about being there since 4am ,takes it out on patrons. Clean Capaccinono machine while your at it been down for 5 days..."
"If this was any other night, I'd probably have rated it a three instead of four stars due to the state of things in general. Staff was super nice though so that helps! Great fuel prices, too. Mainly, however, it was just before midnight on the Fourth of July and it seemed like only one person was working the convenience store side of things. I've worked on a holiday when you are super short staffed so I know how that can feel. So much to take care of and never enough time. I missed her name and only ran in to use the restroom, but by our very brief interaction when I left the worker seemed super friendly and upbeat for dealing with the late shift with fireworks overhead and people shouting out in the parking lot. My husband was pumping diesel outside (pumps worked well, too) when I went in to use the facilities. I honestly felt super bad because the bathroom was not in great shape and I went back and forth whether or not I should press the sad face rating button on my exit. It was a holiday so I could kind of understand why what was either puke or salsa (or both) in the sink was there at just before midnight. Aside from a few other random things (like random TP and such), it was still in better shape than a lot of public restrooms we've been in over the country. I should cut them slack and not saying anything. But also, wouldn't you want to know so you can fix it!? Ah. I was not sure how their system worked. I pressed the sad face button. She was so nice when I left and that was when realized she seemed like the only one there. Just hope it was helpful I pressed that and not annoying! My husband went back in after fueling up to get some water which was a decent price and he said the interaction went well, so stars for that, as well. It sounded like the men's room was in a similar shape to the ladies' but I'd already told him how bad I felt about pressing the sad button in there so I got in his head and he didn't press anything, lol. Will say, though, even with the mystery puke/salsa and such it was still rather clean considering it was late at night on a holiday. Would definitely stop back in on a trip through the area."
"I enjoy going into thus store. The customer services is awseome, the fast past environment is outstanding. We live close by and enjoy going on a short walk over there and being able to get snacks when we want them. The employee (Noah) that works graveyards is nice, listens to us ramble on about things everytime we see him working. We hardly have to wait in line when we go into the store. This one time we where short on change and one of the employees helped cover what was left even when my fiancee went to go get his wallet to cover the rest of the amount owed."
"Very small Loves store, OK service. They have beer, chips, fried chicken, gas and iffy pizza. Much better convenience stores on that route. There is a nice loves truck stop 20 miles down the road in Texhoma though."
