Edible Arrangements

"Above & Beyond Service, Amanda went out of her way to make sure I got my edible arrangement this evening despite Missing Me several times due to me not being home to wait for regular delivery. Couldn’t thank her enough. Of course the fruit was fresh and delicious as always."

"A friend of mine sent me an arrangement, the lady who drives a white older model white Cadillac came and dropped it off at my job. When dropping it off and as she was walking towards the door she turns around and proceeds to tell me that she came by yesterday and no one was here, basically scolding me. Um absolutely NOT. Your problem is in no way shape or form my PROBLEM. Last I checked there are phone numbers provided and an invention called a telephone, now a days they are cellular and can be taken every where. DO NOT go into someone's job to make a delivery and then proceed to argue with the person receiving the item. Most unprofessional experience. I do not recommend this place at all. RUN."

"Just know that it won't be delivered on time, and they don't guarantee a delivery time. I have used them 4 times from 3 different stores in 3 different states and they were all delivered past 6pm, and one was never delivered (from this store). I submitted a refund request by 4pm through the website, as the surprises were already spoiled. This store got to me the day after with a story about strawberry shortages, but at least they did get back to me. The other stores never got back to me. If there's a supply shortage, good business says you'd put that on your website instead of taking people's money and apologizing a day past delivery date. Just unreliable."

"I feel like communication about delivery time was nonexistent. When my husband called before close worried they said they had to prep for Valentines orders. I feel like my order wasnt as important to them. The order was placed on a Saturday 2/3 when same day delivery was available. However they couldn't even narrow down the delivery window which meant someone sat at from 9am to home all day even hours after the closed waiting before we received the delivery at 5pm . The delivery came and every large flower had to be thrown away because the stem was smashed and molded at the top so that greatly reduced the flowers that had been ordered. The fruit arrangement also seemed shorted."
