"Had the worst experience! Came almost a hour away to watch a movie and the they couldn’t get the movie to work so they kicked us out and refunded the movie fee but we spent almost 50$ on popcorn and drinks and we wanted to get a refund because we didn’t eat anything yet and the general manager was rude and unprofessional about it!!!"
"Best Theater in town...only theater in town except for the drive inn. Clean, great service, and their concession stand has options....almost to many options. Oh yeah and they sell beer, so there's that to."
"Been here several times and the picture quality and sound quality is always great. It's a small town theater with affordable prices. They have a good offering of fresh concessions and the staff have always been helpful. The seats are not perfect, but good enough for a couple hours."
"Went to a movie recently. I’ve been going to this theatre for years since I was a kid and I showed my wife this place in which she now loves. We come to the movies here very often!! We travel from Chamberlain (1 hour away) and we always buy a lot of snacks. We love the hot foods they offer! My wife and I went to see an R-Rated movie and I brought my I.D. to show the ticket clerk I was over 21. My wife is 21. We both look like teenagers but I’m tall and my wife is short. I had my I.D. ready for when the ticket clerk asked me for my I.D. She looked at my I.D. for awhile then gave it back. She then asked for my wife’s I.D. after she just looked at mine but my wife didn’t have her I.D. on her as it was in our vehicle. We think she was a manager so that’s why she asked for both of our I.D’s but the other staff would always just take one or the other!!! My wife walked out and grabbed her I.D. well more people came in. We just thought that me being 25 would be enough to let her in. My wife asked why she needed proof of her age but the woman didn’t give us a straight answer even when my wife told her that the other staff only took one of our I.D’s. THIS is why we’re confused unless the other staff have been doing it wrong this whole time? Next time we’ll definitely bring both of our I.D’s from now on! Do R-Rated movies require under 17 be accompanied by a parent or guardian? Last that I heard was children under 17 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian over the age of 21 for R-rated movies right? What is this theatre’s policy on age limits? We kind of felt racially discriminated because sometimes we go and they treat the non-brown people nicer than us. I’m aware it’s a small town and everybody knows everybody. There’s some staff that are super nice!! Thank you for your awesome work! We still love this theatre!!"
"Went to see Aquaman. Friendly staff, very clean facilities and the movie was pretty good. Got very good seats."
