"Store is smaller than others but went to look while doing laundry. The selection was minimal. The prices were crazy high. Had a $12 pair of jeans with original walmart tags with $16 on it. Looked at men's bibs and had $19 for a pair of $24 key brand. It is sad that a company who gets all it's items for free is charging so much, when most of the customers are lower income. They had some older name brand purses and they were marked up to $45 to $100"

"The guy unloading my donations could not have been any more unpleasant. He was horrible. He grabbed one bag and I unloaded the rest, including a huge bag of clothes in the bed of my truck. He disappeared into the trailer and never came back out. He literally threw my receipt at me, never speaking a word. I will be taking my donations elsewhere., where they show their appreciation for the free merchandise that they are receiving FREE."
