"I'm from Wichita, KS and our AMC is so much better. I am an A List member and purchased our tickets online as usual. I picked my seats and went to the theater only to find that I didn't have reserved seats as I usually have. Even after reserving them at purchase time. Also, there are no regular popcorn buckets. Only bags. I didn't want to purchase another refillable bucket. As I have two already at home. The lids to the drinks are terrible, broke, and popped off the cups. It's a nice theater but needed some improvements."
"Great theater. Staff was helpful. The facilities were clean and well maintained. The Imax theater is almost a sensory overload. The pictures are clear, and the sound is booming. It's definitely worth the trip."
"The pre-show was TV commercials. Then when the movie was supposed to start the movie trailers started. The theater was not clean when we arrived in the theater to watch the movie. The bathroom was not clean nor was it stocked. 2 of the 3 soap dispensers were empty and half the paper towels and toilet paper were empty as well."
