"I haven't had water for a couple of months. Finally got a guy to come help me and found I'd bought the wrong fittings. Took them back to Bomgaar's with my receipt. Was there 20 minutes before closing time. The clerk and I were looking for the right parts when I was told by the cashier that the store had closed and I had to leave. I walked up to the front of the store. I was handed my previous purchase and shoved out the door while being told I could come back tomorrow morning at 7:30. I said I wanted a refund for the inaccurate parts and was told the registers had been closed out already. Who closes out a register when you still have customers in the store?? I'll go back to get my refund tomorrow and I'll never darken their doors again. I'm SO sorry they bought out Orschlins. I haven't had customer service this bad in years! If you need plumbing supplies or building materials, go to McCoy's. They know what customer service means! Pet food, try Tractor Supply. If I could give a half star to Bomgaar's, I would."
