"Super nice people, but my issue is that the service is pretty pricey. If you are like me and only make about $30k/ year or so, do yourself the favor and just go on TurboTax. It’s free. I was under the impression that Kyle and his staff could help me since TurboTax said I was going to owe, despite being low income. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Kyle and his staff never even offered to explain why or anything to me. Went in their office to drop off my W2 and wasn’t told that day how much the service would be. I was under the impression I’d be paying $110 since that’s what my friend has been paying for years. Finally got on a call with them that said I’ll owe them $215. For $215 they should have been able to fix the fact that I owe the federal government on a low income. Just overall not really satisfied with the service here.my friend and I both spoke with Kyle about this, he dropped my invoice to $165 but my point still stands, I’d like to think for that kind of money they would have been able to get me more money back on my return. He’s able to get my friend who makes more than me over $2000 back every year so I don’t really understand the difference. I would think for a business that has what seems to be a very reputable one, there would be more of an effort to retain customers but I just simply never saw that."
