"In the beginning, Bobby Thompson JR and Tiffany Jones (his assistant) seemed very interested, knowledgeable and helpful in making our Quickbooks accounting more streamlined. Bobby allowed Tiffany to rebuild our then current accounting system in Quickbooks. Tiffany literally "broke" our company books. So badly, that even a new CPA firm (which Thompson Tax & Accounting is NOT a CPA) and the Quickbooks programming team could not correct/fix. We had to pay a significant fee to create a new system and transfer information over so we could keep our company going. We also recently received a letter from the Oklahoma Tax Commission stating that our taxes, which Bobby Thompson worked on for us, were not filed correctly and they then stated that we owed thousands of dollars in additional tax and also penalties and interest. After almost 20 attempts to contact Bobby Thompson, he has yet to respond. I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to vet the people you use for tax and accounting services. For us, Thompson Tax & Accounting was an expensive and stressful disaster."
