"I actually did live here. :) These apartments are in a bad location. Haskell isn't the greatest place to live, especially if you have children. I lived there for 20 years. The apartment complex itself is in bad condition. The sidewalks need to be relaid. The carpet in the apartments badly needs to be replaced. The walls need new paint. This complex isn't good about keeping up with general repairs. I've known a few of the managers and only one was actually good. The neighborhood isn't great either. It's sketchy. I wouldn't walk around it alone at night. Honestly, these apartments are worth maybe $250 tops, but you're going to get charged $350 to $450. I promise, they aren't worth your time to even look at."
"I will never forget the time that Iived at the Silver Leaf Apartments!! I had a GREAT experience, and a GREAT apartment manager. She wasn't just the manager she became one of my good friends and still is to this day even though I no longer live there. I highly recommend giving the Silver Leaf Apartments a chance to be your next home."
