Reviews of Greens At Broken Arrow Apartments
"Lived at the Greens for seven years and they were fantastic the entire time. Maintenance was always prompt, office staff very friendly. Sean is the best manager and Drew is super helpful and the best supervisor since I’ve resided there."
"Definitely not worth the price. Almost every appliance was broken when I moved in, all the appliances are outdated. My apartment flooded 6 times, had hundreds of bugs crawling in through gaps in the front door even after submitting multiple maintenance requests (not maintenance's fault, I really needed a completely new door frame and door because there are large gaps around the entire frame that air pours into when the door is closed, and you can see daylight through it). The office says it is because it's an old building and buildings shift, so they won't do anything about it. My toilet also leaked, my kitchen sink leaked, my washing machine was broken, my dishwasher was broken, several ceiling fans and bathroom vents were broken. It often smelled horrible from the neighbors. Cars are often broken into and stolen from the parking lot. My bedroom smelled so horrible that my eyes watered when I walked in. To me it smelled like mold or mildew. I submitted maintenance requests but they said the smell was most likely coming from my neighbors so there was nothing they could do. I asked staff if they could at least test for mold since it smelled so strongly of mold to me (especially after all the flooding, you'd think they would be worried about that too and at least test) but they didn't test because they were fairly certain it was my neighbors causing the smell (but they wouldn't tell me how they knew that, that they'd been in my neighbor's apartment and could confirm it or were just assuming). That room was completely unlivable for several months, even my clothes reeked. The office staff was very apathetic. After the 4th time it flooded and having several bugs come in through the front door, I went to the office to ask for help since maintenance couldn't find the issue, and after explaining my situation, the staff member said he would talk to the manager but didn't take down my name or apartment number. When I asked if he needed it, he said "no, you're in apartment 1221 right" which was not correct, so I corrected him and he still didn't write anything down, I wrote it down and gave him the information. The property management company is extremely unsympathetic, they will twist things and screw you for every dollar they can get from you. I ended up paying over $2,000 to break lease early because I couldn't stand to live here anymore. The reviews are bad for a reason. I understand that it's an old building and old buildings have issues, but it's way overpriced for the amount of issues I had. Staff and management do not care at all and they will not do anything to make it right or help unless legally obligated to. The only good thing about these apartments is the maintenance team, they were very kind and on top of things. They replaced a lot of my appliances if they couldn't get them to work, and even if they did some things not great the first time, they came back and made it right. So thank you to Sean and his maintenance team, I wouldn't have made it in that place as long as I did without you guys."
"We lived here for a year. One neighbor had roaches and they'd come to our apartment every now and then. The office treated our apartment, and had no effect and would not treat the neighbors because they didn't want to. The same neighbors and the neighbors under us smoked weed and apartments did nothing about that. We were going to move into a bigger apartment with them and even put down a deposit to get on their transfer list, but found a better place instead. We decided not to re-sign with them but didn't give a 30 day notice which forfeited our deposit even though the apartment was in immaculate condition! Yikes! Apartments are 2/5 because the appliances are old the floor tiles come up all the time and the shower and sink faucets leak when running. the office is 0/5"
"Honest review after 1 year. At time of move in, the apartment was in less than desirable condition with cat pee odor in a closet that was never fully resolved, holes in doors, tiles peeling up, and multiple broken door knobs. Maintenance along with Sean and drew worked with us and replaced the doors and flooring quickly. As I mentioned earlier, the cat pee odor was never resolved (attempts were made). It’s been a nice, comfortable place to live for the most part. Rent is steep but that’s the case everywhere unfortunately. The main issue we’ve ran into is quality and availability of maintenance. Scheduling is not available so they show up randomly after the request is made. Quality is low due to turnover and under-qualified employees. Maintenance staff is friendly and puts up with my questions while they are working. I’ve made some small repairs and improvements myself while we’ve been here to save us and maintenance the trouble. Overall we’ve still liked this place. If they improved and increased the size of their maintenance dept my review would probably be 5 stars. I don’t quite understand why so many people have had such bad experiences here."
"I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT IT IS THE WORST... I applied to live and they gave me one 4 months later gentlemen when they gave me the apartment it was destroyed damaged I returned it I did not want to live there is not even 1 day I stayed there I never lived there they took my deposit of 300 $ when ever I didn't live there and I didn't do any harm to them. They didn't want to give me my money back when I never lived. so in the state that you see in the photos they gave it to me they say that it was ready to live"
