"Maintenance sucks, hot water has been leaking from the bathtub uncontrollably for a month and a half and now have no hot water. The water is starting to drip to downstairs from the bathroom that is UPSTAIRS and I have puddles of water all over the floor. I’ve been asking maintenance to help and I have even went up to the office a few times and nothing has been done. The steam from the leaking hot water is not only making the paint bubble on the walls but is also melting the bath tub plastic. I call all the time and they never answer and the office always closes before the closing time."

"I have leved for almost 4 years i regret came here, aparment are old they leak air from the glass, rat hole, bed bugs,i hade water leak damage, office never answers, service request never done, bad aditud from some of the staff. Really they only recive 1/4 of star I pach the rat hole got rid of there bed bugs wen a got here they show you the model aparment but is not how it look so be careful everyone there eared more options this is not the one hope one day the health department do something"

"It is a very extremely peaceful community with lots of wildlife to enjoy. And the neighbors are great people and they have all kinds of fun events. It is definitely worth checking out this place if you’re in the market for a new place to live."

"This place is ridiculous, they told my daughter they had 2 bedrooms available for her to put her application in, then they charge $140 application fee, $100 of it is administration fee! They held her money order for a week never ran the application to tell her oh we don't have any apartments available. The grounds are disgusting, the office people aren't on the same page. It looks ghetto. These apartments used to be really nice but not now. There's beer bottles thrown everywhere, the roofs are horrible, if the apartments inside are as nasty looking as the outside do not rent here. If anyone knows of a 2 bedroom apt for rent in a decent complex that take housing my daughter needs one."

"When I moved in, it was snowing and my heat didn't work. Then, it warmed up outside, and my a/c didn't work. My oven didn't work. Here it is over a year later, and my a/c freezes up constantly (my house is never cool like it's been running all day, even though it has)my oven still doesn't work. Electric bill is super high. My truck was vandalized and almost stolen from the parking lot twice. The laundry room didn't work for the majority of last year and is only partially functioning now. Oh and good luck ever swimming here. Before the storm knocked the fence over, which they're not fixing, you could hardly swim because of all the unattended children, most of which didn't even live here. The parking lot always has broken beer bottles and trash blowing around everywhere. They also don't fix outlets, or lights."
