"Went to this office to get our taxes done. Won't happen again! I was wondering why I hadn't heard anything, I called. I was told they attempted to reach me but my phone was always busy. Besides having voice mail, this was not possible. Plus they attempted one time, they also had my email and mailing address. Turns out they called a wrong number. I knew they had the correct number because they called to request more documents. I went to get the taxes and was told I owed quite a bit to the State of OK. Not possible because we just moved here. The explanation of the tax preparer was a winner - the state of OK is a greedy state and will take what they can. No, they will not! After a bit back and forth he agreed to recheck the taxes. 2 hrs later we no longer owed to the state of OK plus federal taxes were also less. It was blamed on the software. The next day when I picked up the taxes and complaint about the situation, I was told by the receptionist that to error is human. Yes it is, but when the error is about $11.000 not to my benefit, it is not. Oh, and today I received another refund from the IRS. I had done our taxes for the past 7 years with H&R Block and never had a problem. Guess who will do our taxes next year?"

"He didn't file my Pet Rescues 501c3 taxes from 2019 until 2021 but claimed he did. IRS revoked the 501c3 August 2022."
