"In august, I moved to Tulsa and I was very cautious for roach problem because of the things that I heard of about old houses in USA. I asked to management if there is any complaints about it and they said no and said they are spraying regularly. I have stayed 10 days in this apartment complex by paying application fee+admin fee and 10 days rent money in advance. Even at the beginning it was a disaster. I couldnt sleep at nights because of coackroach infestation. Even if the management said they sprayed whole apartment just before I move in, hundreds of coackroaches started to roam around just after the sunset in my very first day. I took a video and immadiately sent to management, they sprayed again and again but the result was same. I tried to use different methods like sonic repeller or killing bait, but the result was same, hundreds of roaches. After 10 days of nightmare, I talked to management about breaking contract because there was no remedy to the infestation in the apartment and they agreed. I moved out to another apartment on the 1 st of September. Also I talked to them to give my 200 usd admin fee back in return for my suffer, they said they will talk to the apartment owner for refund. After 1 month, they are still not able to talk to the owner, and I just got a notification from a dept collector that says you owe 977 usd to Madison park. They are trying to charge me for the rent of month that I never stayed. THIS IS NOT MY DEPT AND GIVE MY ADMIN FEE BACK. I am still waiting news from them about cancellation of this dept and refund of my admin fee."
"So I was ALMOST a tenant here but thankful that I'm not because the process became one of the most stressful experiences of my life very quickly. I was in an abusive relationship at the time and desperately trying to make arrangements to leave with my daughter. (I am out of there now thankfully) I never actually spoke to a person on the phone or in person. I did an application online and I only spoke to someone by text who literally refused to call me and only would speak sporadically by text. I've never In my life experienced this with any property I've ever applied to. It's never been an issue for me to talk to a human, get help or anything but this was absolutely not the case with this property and I'd advise anyone to stay far away from them if you can. I'm not even sure I was talking to a real representative for the company. Sent in all my information as requested, and got "approved" and had to "pay a $500 deposit." They wouldn't let me pay the deposit by a payment link so they told me I had to pay through my bank through WIPS. So they sent me a routing and account number, none of the other additional information needed to pay through the WIPS program. I am 7 months pregnant and got my 2 year old up at 7am to take a bus to Walmart to send the funds and this "person" wouldn't answer the phone and would only text when I was reaching out for the rest of the information to send the money through WIPS. "I've given you all the necessary information." And then they start telling me I should have been able to send the money through my bank, but WIPS LITERALLY stands for WALK IN PAYMENT SYSTEM. Why are you requiring I do it through my bank now? So after over an hour of freaking out in Walmart in the rain, they start telling me I have to bring payment in with a copy of my ID and social. They told me the copy of my social I sent in was "fake" and didn't look real, which is ridiculous because it's a replacement card I got after having my other one stolen while I was traveling a while ago. Explained all of this to this "person" so they told me I could bring a money order with my ID and social. So I show up a day or two later to their office, in the heat, and NO ONE IS THERE. Calling, texting, emailing, NO ONE ANSWERS. I sat out there of over an hour with my kid in the 100 degree heat. I literally get back to the hotel I was staying at and get a text "oh was someone able to help you?" EXCUSE ME?! No! So now I'm beyond skeptical and questioning everything and everything they are saying to me by text is not adding up and keeps conflicting with what I already have been told. So I am asking questions, looking for clarification and they are getting angry as if I have no right after EVERYTHING to even question them. So long story short, they "pulled my application" because I was "rude" for asking questions and then was accused of being fraudulent and using a fake social security number. Oh and right before all this, after mentioning the fact that they literally have refused my requests for a call, they tell me their name is "Yasmine" the "property manager". Absolutely insanity! Thank God I never gave them any money. Not to mention, I spoke to SEVERAL current residents while waiting outside in the heat for someone and they all advised me of the poor conditions of the property and to find some place Else to go. I definitely will be disputing the application fee I paid because this all felt like an enormous waste of time in the end."
"Nidia the manager is so helpful, very attentive with her clients/tenants and goes above and beyond to serve them. I value good service. It's great to know the property has great manager like her."
"Great manager at the property, She is always willing to help and make sure she's satisfying her tenants and walk in customers. Very good with order filling and always smiling. Also the property is in a great and convenient area, 2 minutes from the highway and can be downtown in 10 minutes."
"Good and quick maintenance repair. Always does a good job. Give the maintenance man a 5 star review as well. The office people are the politest people ever. So kind and so well mannered. Always !!!!!. No drama here. I love mannerly and considerate people. Thank you"
