Creekwood Apartments 8418 South 77th East Avenue, Tulsa, OK 74133

"I lived at Creekwood for 5 years. The complex is older, but it is well kept, they mom, trim, blow off drive, even blew of my downstairs apartment porch, every week, maybe even less than a week, I see a maintenance man everyday walking through the complex picking up trash, and the pool was always clean, it always looks nice. Over time I had a few maintenance needs in my apartment, they were always quick to respond, usually the same day, I never had to remind them a second time. There are big beautiful trees although the complex, really nice shade in the summer. The office staff were always friendly, even when I moved out without cleaning, they were very reasonable and understanding about what they charged me. So, just remember it’s not brand new, but I would recommend Creekwood to my family and friends, and if this luxury apartment( almost twice what I was paying for rent ) doesn’t work out, I might even go back there to live. "I have lived at creekwood apartments for around nine months now. Mckenna and the entire staff in the office made moving in super easy, and have been a pleasure to work with as a tenant. The maintenance crew is always quick to any issue, and for the cost and the area they're really great apartments. I recommend them to all of my friends, which is not something i've done for most places i've lived in Tulsa. I'm hoping the rent doesn't go up too much this next year so I can continue staying here, because it's finally starting to feel like home. After a divorce, a cancer scare, and a new job this year finding creekwood has been a blessing of a stable place in my life to make home. I would give them 4.5 stars if I could, but google doesn't work like that. The only reason i cant give it a 5 is that parking could be better. If that's your only issue with a place you live, then the place can't be that bad. If you're looking for a new place to call home, I highly suggest checking out creekwood."

"I lived here for about 2 years and overall it was a decent place to live. I had some trouble with a downstairs neighbor being loud pretty often but once the office was able to get ahold of them they were able to take care of it. The staff was also friendly and maintenance was very efficient, I didn't have many maintenance issues that weren't addressed within 24 hours. There were some issues with people not picking up after their dogs and delivery drivers having some trouble finding the apartment as well, but overall I'd say it's a good place to live that is also decently priced."

"I would most definitely recommend Creekwood Apartments if you’re searching for a nice place to stay in Tulsa! Samantha K was a welcoming and calming presence when she assisted us a year ago with move in paperwork and she made the process smooth and simple. Living on the property has been great! It’s quiet, clean and when you need something fixed maintenance comes quickly to resolve any issues you may have. Now a year later, I’m moving to a bigger unit on site and Samantha was there to answer all my questions and be completely transparent with this process. She has been an absolute joy to work with and I highly recommend speaking to her when coming in for your tour of the property!"

"Been here almost one year. Won’t renew my lease, I’d say over priced for quality of the apartments! I’d look else where quality will be better. The office staff is kind and managers are efficient! Maintenance was pretty good and fast never had to wait on anything!"
