"Don't live here but have been inside the building quite a bit but it seems clean reminds me of a normal apartment complex and I guess they have activities cause there was a sign up that they were having BBQ and to sign up to bring sides but that's all I know"

"One of my parents moved in River Ridge apartments in Sand Springs. Hoping things would work out, after leaving a BEAUTIFUL senior skyline apartment complex just outside of DENVER! Moving to be here with me in Oklahoma...thinking they would be moving into another BEAUTIFUL, & brand new senior complex ONLY....to be met with THE RIVER RIDGE SUPER ROACH MOTEL & THE SMOKIN’ SENIORS to go with it....THIS COMPLEX HAD A GOOD ADVERTISING FRONT TO LURE...vulnerable gullible seniors whose FAMILIES ARE TOO FAR AWAY TO TAKE CARE OF THEM. Unlike most office management MY compassion goes out to you, & your families. That’s a falling star, & double negative for this complex. One thing management needs to learn is earlier prevention & better management....BE ON BUG PATROL 24/7, & don’t allow bug people to move into your apartments."
