"Everyone was very nice, however it was very difficult to get a call back if I left a message. I dropped my taxes along with both of my son’s in January never got a call they were completed, after I got through to someone was told they were ready on Feb 14. Went, paid and picked up that day, a week went by while checking the status Fed or State had not received our return. Called and First was told they couldn’t find our return, then they were in a pile on a desk. They submitted them that night, found out a week later the state taxes failed to submit by efile, I was told they would be mailed in, after a month I decided to pick up the returns to take to the tax commission myself. Afraid they wouldn’t be sent before the 15th. Again everyone was very nice but it was a 2 and 1/2 month ordeal to completed."
