"I will not be using these guys again. Not only did they get our routing number incorrect, they wrote down the wrong address on our information, and got things wrong our return last year that we now need to fix. If they can't be bothered to triple check important numbers, I can only imagine the damage they are doing to others. Go elsewhere. Never even met Larry or spoke to him. Not worth the money or the hassle for such poor customer care."

"I went there to have an addendum to my 2019 taxes..this was end of summer 2021, so when it took 2 weeks to be finished I understood… however I didn’t get a call from them when it was done, I had to call and eventually go in to know it was done. I sent what they had done to the IRS.. 8 months later the IRS sent it back with a letter stating it wasn’t filled out correctly or completely… so I took it back into Tax Guy.. After over a month passed and I hadn’t heard anything, so went in..one of the associates told me they didn’t understand the form, she would research it and call the next day.. she didn’t .. I gave the benefit of the doubt, but I didn’t hear anything and called 2 weeks later, she told me it has to go to Larry, the CPA, which would be another month. Nothing but excuses were told to me.. I elected to just pick up my forms..they are very unprofessional at communicating, interrupt you when you are talking, and just give excuses. A shady place for sure"
