"Paul accomplished several repairs our apartment needed in a very timely manner. He didn’t mind having conversation while he was making repairs or if we were busy he was careful not to be too noisy. Very friendly, very informed, knew what he was doing and how to fix it with the little information we gave him in our maintenance request. We had other repairs we asked about and he took care of those too. He went above and beyond, we sure appreciate his work."
