"This is the worst place ever. They are a nightmare. They first left my son off the first tax return then on the next ammended return put down the wrong last name and social security number. NEVER NEVER NEVER use them. They have caused use a bunch of extra work and are we now being audited due to two amended returns plus dozens of errors on their part even though my wife gave them lengthy spreadsheets with more then enough information."

"Terrible! They got my social security number wrong. Then tried to notify me by a letter to tell me my return was rejected and they didn't send the letter to the correct address. So therefore i was never notified and a month later I find out that my taxes were never filed. They had my correct address on file. They refused to make it right and laughed at me when I asked for my money back. Dan Snyder was very rude to me as I was walking out of the building. I do not recommend them at this business."
