"I lived at Plaza East from 12/2013 to 5/2018. When I first moved in management was poor. After a few months Sharon Allen was hired as manager. She fired the maintenance guy who was a druggie and off property most of the time. She hired Ali as maintenance man, and he does a very good job. Sharon manages Plaza East part time and also another property part time, both for the same company. Though part time, I know her office hours, and when I needed to talk with her, I called her during those hours. About 99.9% of the time she answered when I called. Almost never was she out of the office during her posted office hours. There were several times when I called Ali directly and he always answered and promptly responded to my maintenance issues, usually the same day. The place is very quiet, and no unruly or loud tenants. Overall, I was pleased living at Plaza East once Sharon and Ali took over management and maintenance. They both genuinely care about their tenants and do their best to help them."

"I have lived at Plaza East for 25 years, my income certainly affords me to be elsewhere if I choose to, however I remain here because it is a quiet and safe community. Like any other apartment community we have had our problems come and go, along with management and maintenance. However the last 5 years plus this is not been an issue, Sharon or current manager does a fantastic job of meeting all the needs of her residents, I have seen her reach into her own pocket to help people here in times of need. Also Ali has been an awesome maintenance man for us here too, I have seen him go above and beyond what is required of him as well. With that being said I must defend and rebuke unfounded allegations by the haters and their comments that obviously have not lived here or was not responsible enough to pay the rent and where evicted. Secondly this community has doctor's, business owners, attorneys and retired respectable people living here."

"New management is super nice and attentive, maintenance is really on top of everything, sadly took a while to get a new mailbox key though because the last tenant took it with them. They've cleaned house and kicked the druggies out, and everyone I've met is super nice, lots of older tenants that have been here for 20+ years and really try to look out for each other. Have been here almost 4 months and have never had anything bad happen and cops have never been called"

"I love this place and never want to move unless it's too a house I own. I have been reading people's post and I'm very curious to who and what they are talking about because I have lived here for over 3 years and when I have a problem Ali the maintenance man fixes it and the manager has been the same manager since I have been here. She is a wonderful Christian women that goes way over her job discription and NO I didn't know her before I moved in. Also they had the pool open every summer and when they relied a tree was growing roots underneath they fixed it fast! It's not going to be open for another week because they sandblasted and got new updated things to it but that's because she takes care of this place. It's like a big family here that plants flowers together and keeps this place beautiful and clean!! Love it 4stars!!!!#"

"STAY FAR AWAY!!! This place is terrible! They do not keep up with anything. Dont count on the pool ever being open in the summer... its open for a week and then its nasty green and locked for the rest of the season. Also dont count on seeing your security deposit again. They charge you to shampoo the carpet AND clean the apartment even if you do it yourself. They have been through about 5 managers in the 3 years I have lived there and they are never in the office or return your calls and if something breaks don't count on it getting fixed either. I was told I was getting all new appliances and new carpet and tile so I would sign the lease because the place is disgusting and nothing was ever done. Don't even make the call."
