"I just moved in. Rooms are big, tub is big and I like it. The rent is just right and you can have pets without breaking the bank on deposits. Now that my lease is up 13 months later. I had a peeping tom,crazy person from across the street beating on my door. Crazy neigbors, a sewer flood in my apartment which was not my fault and the complex did not clean up, 3 month later a water flood that once again was not my fault, drug dealers, there was no security from the time I was there. I would consider whether you can handle these problems before You move in. Good luck!"

"My family fell into a rough spot due to some personal problems that caused us to have to move to Norman from Tulsa with very little warning or time to prepare. Not only did the staff give us great prices on rent, but Elite Properties found us a place right away. They have been helpful and understanding of our difficult financial situation. Your be hard pressed to find somewhere with a location like this that has such excellent prices. Just as everywhere it has it's downsides, the neighbors are a bit rough, but if you like to be left alone and not deal with a landlord often then this is a place for you. If, however you DO need someone's help (like a handyman, they are very quick to send someone out to you) if you run into money problems they will work with you and understand that sometimes life throws you curveballs and they will do everything they can before they evict. Not the BEST place for small kids, but if you are like me and don't really have the luxury to go to the more expensive places or your credit is low you could do a lot worse. Pet friendly and affordable, there's a few apts apts. Nearby, there's the Smart Safer, CSL Plasma, 7-11, Dollar General, a Pawn Shop, RAC, and A few fast food places like Taco bell and Chicken Express. All within a 5 min walk down Lindsey. At the very least I recommend going through Elite Properties to rent."
