"This place has been hell since I moved here!! When we first got here there were many problems with the place. First, the air wasn’t working for 2 weeks straight it was currently around 80-90 degrees outside in it was showing 95 degrees on the Thermostat!! I made about 5 work orders because no one would come out in fix the problem!! Secondly, We didn't have a refrigerator in our unit it took them about a 3 week to finally bring us our refrigerator!! Then lastly the maintenance guy tried to come in my apartment without knocking on the door I felt unsafe in my apartment then I later got an alarm system in my apartment! This place has had 5 different property managers since I moved here in June, it's crazy no one wants to deal with the problems going on in Tuscany village!! When you walk into the office you can tell no one wants to be there! The representatives seem like they don't know what they are doing most of the time it's crazy! Everytime I walk into the office one lady I don’t recall her name but she always have an attitude with me for some reason when I'm simply coming to speak with them ! About a couple weeks ago I went into the office because I couldn't pay my rent through the portal for some strange reason, so I walk up to one of the representatives asking her could she help me with my problem in she completely gave me an attitude saying she couldn't help me at the moment, Then when I had took a seat the property manager (Mackine Alvare) had came out her office to ask me what the problem was then when I explained what the problem was she went back into her office then a few seconds later I can hear her an another manager talking about me very rudely but I didn't say anything because I didn't want to cause problems! Then when she came out she explained what the problem was and said I can try again so I simply said ok and walked out! I felt disrespected by (Mackine Alvare) and the other manager that was working the same day! I will be reporting these apartment complex to the state tomorrow because I feel like at any location that you are living in you should be respected!"

"DO NOT MOVE HERE! It has been nothing but hell since we got this apartment. My move in date got changed four times, it took us two months just to get in here, Ken (the man who's over the apartment complex) showed us a model of the apartment that we were getting and told us that the apartment was supposed to come with a garage door opener and that the patio is going to be cleaned before we moved in, none of that ever happened. Darlene showed us the apartment that we were actually moving into. We did a walk-through and she told us to write down everything that was wrong with the apartment and everything that needed to be fixed and it would get done, and also told us we would have our garage door opener when we moved in but of course that didn't happen. Nothing has gotten done. After a month I got tired of nobody coming to clean the patio so I just did it myself (and I have pictures of everything) I'm still walking around in the freezing cold every night with my daughter to go in through the patio to lift up the garage so I can pull my car in, they've done nothing. Then Wendy the (new property manager) kept telling me well I can't give you an apartment that's not ready but that's exactly what she did. We were in here for almost 2 months without any heat or air. Even though we filled out multiple maintenance requests. They finally sent a contractor out last week to fix the air and heat and turns out it was just the filters that needed to be changed, the filter that he pulled out was clogged & disgusting and brown and the contractor told us that if we would have waited two more months to have somebody come out the whole system would have blown out because there was no air flowing through. So if you live here please get your filters checked because they probably have not been changed, we were literally just breathing in dirt. And then after being here for a little over a month they made us come back in and sign a new lease because the first one we signed apparently wasn't valid because it was cut off at the bottom, completely unprofessional. The window at the front of the house doesn't have a lock on it so I feel extremely unsafe sleeping here at night with my child when anybody can literally just lift the window and come in. I went to the leasing office last week because there was an extra charge on our lease for the rent of December and I was trying to figure out what it was. Wendy the property manager said she was on her way out so she couldn't help me at the moment and that she would look at it the next day and give us a call back. I never received a call back and the assistant manager was in there and she could have helped us but instead of doing that she just decided to do nothing and put us off on one of the workers, who just repeated same thing I had already heard Wendy say, they talk with the door open like you're not sitting right there and you can't hear. We still have not received a mailbox key, every time I ask about a mailbox key I get the same answer, they have to try to catch the mailman. Wendy and Darlene both told me that it should take no longer than a week to get our mailbox key, it's been 2 months and I still have not been able to receive mail. They don't care about you here all they care about is moving people in and getting your money make sure you get receipts for everything and get copies of all maintenance reports because every time I went back in to check on the maintenance report that I put in it was never put in and nobody knew what was going on. This place is unorganized and all they do is lie and give you false promises, if you want a place that actually cares about their tenants go somewhere else because this is not it. I've never had an experience this terrible when moving into a new place."

"After moving in and having the experience, I did Chris from Home Office came to the rescue and got everything in the apartment. Fixed from the hole in the wall to the hot water to new carpet to painting. The doors she just was unbelievable how she coordinated and got everything taken care of to make the apartment just perfect for my first move in. It's beautiful and I love the layout. I love the floor plan. I just loved the apartment, so there was no. Going anywhere else this is home thank you to chris and windy for fixing this and making it perfect!"

"This review doesn’t even deserve a rating. Let me explain this apartment was rented to a deer friend of mine, whom they are taking complete advantage of if they do not move her to an apartment that is complete and up to code. I will be calling code enforcement, and the county health department, and advised them of this issue. Jason and McKenzie should be held totally responsible for this as they are the two that gave her the stories as to why, her apartment was not finished when the apartment next to her is vacant and completely done. Their website is completely false advertisement! These apartments look nothing like this!!!These are just some of the things that were not completed or finished when she got there yesterday to move into her apartment: 1) no refrigerator 2) No working stove 3) Broken thermometer, so she had no heat to keep warm last night 4) Missing handles in the bathrooms for the tub and shower 5) Boarded up window 6) Holes in the wall 7) Blood on the mirror in the bathroom 8) Carpets are absolutely disgusting And the list goes on!!!!! This apartment is by far ready to rent to the public"
