"I know several people who live in this apartment complex and they have No water pressure. They have put in work orders and to this day Nothing has been done about it. I also know they have put in work others on other things and nothing has been done. But they are quick to harass about their money every month though but won't fix nothing too quickly though sad but true. I feel so sorry that they have to go through this and wish they had the money to move"

"Well one we live at oak Creek apartments and they haven't got their breezeway lights fixed the upstairs are bottom stairs I'm not the only one that's complaining that they're not getting them fixed somebody it's scary because they're not getting these lights because it's so dark you don't know who be at your door so they need to get these lights fixed as soon as possible but I can't wait any longer"

"My parents live there and have for 3 years and since day 1 it has been a nightmare. They have had 4 different owners , at least 12 new management companies but the latest one takes the cake. They put a 5 day notice on her door for February rent on the 2nd and it not due till the 5th . They put a notice on her door today at 5:00pm to inspect the apartment at 9:00am tomorrow morning ( that is not a 24 hour notice). They are not only doing this to my parents but to all the tenants. If they wanted to empty the apartments to renovate. Just give them a 30 day notice and quit taking their money and quit messing with older people. Common decency goes along way. They don't have any and nothing will get fixed."

Trying to reach them by phone or in person was an exercise in futility, as they often seemed disinterested or dismissive of our problems. 3. Inadequate Security: The security measures at [Apartment Oak Creek Apartments are woefully insufficient. There have been multiple instances of unauthorized individuals gaining access to the property, and the management did little to address the issue. This lack of security created a constant sense of unease and compromised our safety. 4. Unsanitary Conditions: The overall cleanliness of the complex was subpar, to say the least. Trash bins were often overflowing, hallways were rarely cleaned, and the common areas were neglected. It was evident that proper cleaning and maintenance were not a priority for the management. 5. Noise and Disruption: The noise levels in the complex were unbearable. Thin walls and poor insulation allowed every sound to penetrate, making it impossible to enjoy a peaceful living environment. Additionally, frequent construction and renovation projects caused significant disruption, often starting early in the morning and continuing throughout the day. 6. Unreliable Amenities: The promised amenities were consistently underwhelming and often out of service. The pool was frequently closed for maintenance or overcrowded with unsupervised children. In conclusion, my experience at Oak Creek Apartments was nothing short of a nightmare. The combination of poor maintenance, unresponsive management, inadequate security, unsanitary conditions, excessive noise, and unreliable amenities made living here an absolute disappointment. I strongly advise potential renters to steer clear of this apartment complex and explore other options that prioritize tenant satisfaction and well-being."
