"Do not stay here. These apartments might look nice but they will give you hell. Especially the management Natalie. I stayed here almost 3 1/2 years. And every time I had a problem me and Natalie would get into it bc I was “bugging” her about them doing there job. She even tried too terminate my lease as soon as I moved into a townhouse bc the place wasn’t ready. They were cleaning when we were supposed too move in and nothing worked. The dishwasher wasn’t put together the trim on the counter was pealing the stove never had a bulb. So went too see why they weren’t fixed and she threatened to terminate my lease bc I was asking about it getting fixed. Remind you it’s the first day we moved in and everything was going wrong. Do not lease with these people. They do not care about anything you say that is wrong with the place at all. I’m not saying this out of a dispute or anything. The Natalie has an attitude problem and that’s that. Even ask there maintenance people they will say the same thing. It’s horrible"
"2 stars for many reasons, Current resident, just got message asking if the neighbors would be willing to help pay others rent for holidays due to evictions occurring Jan 1. Instead of just forgiving the rent to be generous. They would rather some who already struggle try pay rent for others rent. Also first months rent is not free, you have to pay first months rent to get the next one free which we weren’t told till after we signed the lease, our vehicle got towed on two separate occasions. The front office manager was absolutely rude, even the security guard came and apologized advising it wasn’t even our vehicle speeding through apartment. Also when putting work order for repairs, we advise our minor children some times home alone and would appreciate a call before showing up and was told they don’t do that and by putting in work order that is permission enough. They don’t care about their tenants, it’s all a money hungry game. Yes there is security but we pay $900 a month so security should be a given. And the pools were always closed and leaking. I will say the apartment is very nice on the inside and having two bed two bath is a comfort but we pay for that. Also their was a resident asking about getting handicap accessible installed to help her and the manager just rudely shot her down with no help at all. I am no longer standing stay silent. I was concerned to say anything as I still live here and last thing I need is retaliation. Plus my lawyer said stay low and don’t do a review but what good is a lawyer if he can’t fight your mistakes heheh"
"If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. They are the most money-centered landlords I have ever seen. They will show up to your apartment in the middle of the night, shine flashlights in your windows and take pictures of the inside of your apartment. They will tack on fees and charges with obscure reasons that “upper management decided on.” They cannot be reached by phone, you can literally watch the office phone ring and they won’t pick it up. They even pick and choose what legal documents to accept or deny, if you show up with a DOCUMENTED service animal, they will break the law on the arbitrary belief that “you don’t really need a service animal” or “it doesn’t LOOK like it’d be a service dog.” My husband got into a car accident, was declared temporarily disabled and lost his job. We tried contacting the office but they REFUSED to try making arrangements with us. My husband had to fight through pain and the after effects of a concussion to get another job, and when that couldn’t pay the bills either they never accepted any arrangements we proposed. They claimed they had documented proof of attempts to contact us, when we had records and evidence they did not. When confronted, they buckled down with “well none of that matters anyway, you haven’t paid the rent and the court date is today so the eviction process is underway.” THEY NEVER SENT A COURT LETTER OR EVEN A WARNING. When I moved in, there was mold (thankfully not black) growing in parts of the carpet and in the vents. Holes in the walls. Barely functional shower drain. Broken AC unit that we were threatened with financial and legal charges over because “well a lot of apartments are calling about broken AC units.” Flies and bugs of all kinds ran through the place and when we tried making a maintenance report, we were all but told “it’s your problem you deal with it.” The microwave broke after the first month. We have had the cops called on us in the middle of the night for completely bizarre reasons like “we got reports of screaming coming from your apartment” when my husband and I were asleep! This place is cheap, but not cheap enough for the hell they will put you through. The management is not on your side. Stay away if you care about your health and your precious fur babies."
