"Jessica and Michelle at Briar Glen with Manhattan Management were AMAZING!! My husband, myself and our 10 year old grandson lived here from 2018-2020 and LOVED it! Only downfall was no washer and dryer hookups in the smaller units. GREAT Management and maintenance as well as excellent groundskeeping/pool maintenance. These people care about their property and their residents!"

"The leasing team there is extraordinary, willing to help tenants, work orders are processed in a timely fashion and they are transparent. You actually get to see them on a consistent basis, inside the office as well as outside keeping an eye on the property! Michelle and Jessica are great!"

"Really good apartment complex it's a gated community. And it sits right off the highway which gives you perfect accessibility to go north, south, east or west. There's a waffle House directly across the street from the apartment complex as well as gas stations Family Dollar and Dollar general not to mention Sonic less than a mile away up the road. I really enjoyed this apartment complex so far."

"I have lived at Briar Glen for three years. Each year has got dramatically worse. The office staff Michelle and Jessica are rude. The maintenance man Jeff has a temper and has yet to fix things he has said would be done. You never know what your neighbor's will be like as new ones are always moving in. All the apartments are all bills paid meaning extremely cheap and shady people move here. Children are constantly unattended by any supervision and play by your door and windows all throughout the evening. Neighbor's are extremely loud depending on where you are. Loud music and yelling from the parking lot day and especially at night. The complex is gated but very rarely are both entrance and exit gates closed. Walkthrough gates are never closed at night along the fence line and people who do not live here will come at night and cause noise problems along with vandalism. If you have a nice car it will be messed with as in the past multiple car windows have been smashed in. The apartment has a number of cameras all at the wrong places and they never work properly they are laggy and are down all the time. No security as I have been told he no longer works for the company. It's bad because this apartment complex needs 24/7 security! I go to college at OCCC and that is why I am here for convenience. Water and air conditioning is shut off with no moments notice as the apartments are all bills. Pest control comes every other month for mandatory inspections and are rude and do absolutely nothing when they come it is a waste of time. Management will find any way to tack extra charges to monthly rent. Appliances in units are old and outdated no wash and dryers in units as you have to use the poorly kept community laundry facility. I have caught Jessica a office manager snooping in my apartment. This place is not a ideal place of living and never will be. I wish you well if you choose to rent here. "These apartments are horrible. It was nice when I first moved in.... Until i saw the first mice then I was over it. They signed a statements saying the apartments was free and clear of pests. THE FIRST DAY LOOKING IN CABINETS IT WASNT EVEN CLEANED CAUSE THERE IS A PILE OF RAT POOP! The mice aren't scary they like to come say hi to all of your guest. We have literally killed about 11. Then we started notice we were getting bit at night. Low a behold bed bugs. The maintenance crew even said they aren't sure where the roaches, mice or bed bugs are coming from. I didn't see a roach in the 3 months we have been there. I had to find a new home for my dog because of their high pet deposit and fear of ruining their carpet and they are HAVING me move in unknowingly with pets I'm afraid of (Frogs, Rats, and Bed bugs). Trying to save money was a good idea but is literally biting us in the @$$ now and they sure dressed the $hit package up in nice gift wrapping on a platter. DO NOT MOVE HERE."
