"My vehicle was broken into multiple times, but it was never just mine. I would try to track him down only to see other vehicles doors and trunks wide open with their belongings all over the ground, just like mine. You'd think since they have signs saying the have security and cameras this wouldn't be a problem. 1/10 do not recommend."

"This place had my mother on hold for 4 months because she was waiting for the Chickasaw Nation people to inspect the apartment and it just happened to be at the time everything was shutting down for the pandemic. They called and told her to come get her deposit and they can't hold it anymore. They don't care that she has to go get another voucher and go thru this whole process again."

"Very clean property with very helpful management. There is not a single piece of trash in sight whenever you enter the property. Also very well-maintained Apartments. Great place inside and out."

"I have lived here for 8 years. The best complex in Newcastle. And for the comment below. Your car had a bright orange sticker and i saw you look at the sticker and disregard it. And get back in the car you got out of. Sorry for your troubles. However there is visitor parking at the front of the office for future reference. This is a peaceful property. Sometimes visitors of tenants aren't respectful of those who live here."

"The manager had my car towed, for absolutely no reason at all. My car wasn't there for long. 1 day. Didnt get a notice or anything. Plus theres no signs posted about towing cars. Manager owes me 153$"
