"If I could give 0 starts I would. DO NOT MOVE HERE apartment management (Virginia) literally doesn’t care about tenants rights. I lived here for 1 year and these apartments are nothing but roaches and mold! The “maintenance emergency number” is literally her personal phone number and your screwed if you have a maintenance emergency especially on the weekends she will IGNORE YOU. What a joke save your time and money, the health department needs to come inspect all the units for mold and she needs to be reported."

"do not recommend these apartments at all. manager VIRGINIA ignores calls when it’s an emergency, slow plays about getting things fixed. she always has an attitude when my parents call about things that are broken and says “she’s gonna send someone out” but it takes days for someone to come or times when she doesn’t even send someone out. she also refused to change the carpet after water flooded from the pipes what a terrible experience."

Save your Time & money. Literal Sewer WASTE coming up from the plumbing & management does not care or even respond until I had to harass them with TAKING THEM TO COURT and the health department & the BBB along with an attorney. They also denied to give me the corporate number. THEY DISCRIMINATE ON HISPANIC TENANTS RIGHTS."

APARTMENTS ARE NOT SANITARY I WILL BE CONTACTING AN ATTORNEY AND THE HEALTH DEPT & THE BBB FOR ALL UNITS TO BE INSPECTED IN ORDER FOR ANYONE FROM MANAGEMENT TO ANWER I HAD TO THREATEN THEM WITH COURT AND THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT. VIRGINIA THE OFFICE MANAGER OR WHOEVER SHE IS DOES NOT DO HER JOB & KEPT IGNORING ME. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. SEWER/PLUMBING ALONG WITH MANY OTHER PROBLEMS THEY DONT WANT TO FIX OR BETTER YET THEY DONT WANT TO PAY DOUBLE TO SEND A PLUMBER ON A SUNDAY."
