"The lady at the Claremore office treated us awful after we had been customers for 30 years. They messed up our taxes in 2020 and repaid us for the mistake by doing our taxes for free in 2022. Took them 9 weeks to get our taxes done but it was free. This year we left our tax prep materials in their office on Feb. 16 and they were delivered back to our mailbox on Feb. 24 by the USPS without any kind of explanation. We thought it was a mistake so we went to the office to find out what had happened. The lady came from the back to where we were and said, "We will not do business with you anymore. We are done with you. You cause too much trouble." We were confused and embarrassed. Paul's son walked us to the door and said he'd get to the bottom of it and get back to us. We also emailed Paul Hood. As of today (3-11-2023) we have not heard from them. We got our taxes done elsewhere in one day and saved $300.00 on the preparation fee."
